Join us for our Blueprint Reading and introductory GD&T course. An experienced manufacturing design engineer will lead this hands-on class and equip you with the skills to understand and interpret engineering drawings and apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles.

This comprehensive one-day course will help you:

  • Apply basic dimensioning practices.
  • Understand basic drafting principles and conventions.
  • Identify various types of views (orthographic, isometric, sectional).
  • Read and understand dimensioning and tolerancing symbols.
  • Recognize and interpret common geometric shapes and features.
  • Identify and apply basic GD&T symbols and their meanings.
  • Understand the concept of datum reference frames and their importance.
  • Apply GD&T principles to interpret and analyze engineering drawings.
  • Communicate effectively regarding engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.
  • Solve problems related to blueprint reading and GD&T.
