The Evening Cohort for the Engineering Systems Technology (ENST) AAS degree is a 23-month accelerated program tailored for working professionals. Classes meet just one night per week on the JSCC campus and are delivered in a hybrid format—combining in-person, online, flex, and hands-on lab experiences.

This cohort is ideal for non-traditional students balancing work, family, and career advancement. Whether you're already employed in the field or looking to upskill into multi-skilled maintenance, the Evening Cohort offers a practical pathway to earn your Associate of Applied Science degree without disrupting your daytime commitments.

Upon completion, students will earn the Engineering Systems Technology AAS degree.

Class Design & Format

The Engineering Systems Technology AAS degree is structured to maximize flexibility and hands-on learning while accommodating busy schedules:

  • Diverse Learning Methods: The 61-credit hour program includes a mix of hybrid, flex, ground, online, and hands-on lab classes—designed to build real-world skills in multi-skilled maintenance.
  • Evening Schedule: All classes meet Wednesday nights from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on the JSCC campus, making it ideal for working adults.
