Reserve a Space for Your Next Event

External Groups

All non-affiliated groups, organizations, or individuals desiring use of the campus property or facilities must submit an ‘Application of Facilities Use’ at least fourteen (14) business days in advance (excludes weekends and holidays) to the Facilities Scheduler. However, the President may approve applications filed at a later time upon determination that the use of the property requested can be reasonably accommodated and that adequate cause exists for late filing of the application. Approval of late applications shall be within the sole discretion of the President, and the decision is final.

All non-profit groups are required to provide proof of non-profit status, a W9, and proof of liability insurance (with JSCC as the certificate holder). A 501(c)(3) is the preferred tax document for proof of non-profit status.

All for-profit groups are required to provide a W9 and proof of liability insurance (with JSCC as the certificate holder).

All state agencies are required to provide a W9 or an Appendix H (Substitute for W9).

Non-affiliated groups, organizations, or individuals are subject to rental fees. Rental fees will be determined during the ‘Application of Facilities Use’ review process. Payment for all rental fees must be received at least seven (7) business days (excludes weekends and holidays) prior to the event start date.
