New Student Orientation

Join us for Green Jay Ready!

Our new college orientation is designed to help you explore career paths, meet our friendly faculty and staff, and get familiar with campus life. You’ll have the chance to sample a class, preview student life, and learn the “need-to-knows” for navigating college successfully.

Plus, you’ll enjoy a meal on us and be entered for a chance to win a laptop! Parents and guardians are welcome to attend.

If you have not registered for classes before attending this event, we will have registration help on site. Or, you can walk in any time between 8-4:30 PM or submit an Online Registration Help form. Registering before orientation will help us make your experience more streamlined but it is not required.

As a new or new transfer student at JSCC, you are bound to have questions. You can contact us at 731-425-2616 or advising@jscc.edu for assistance. Please provide your full name, your JSCC identification number (J#) or date of birth, and a contact phone number and email in all communication with JSCC. If you have any issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
