This is a one-day non-credit course offered through the Workforce Solutions department of JSCC. Non-credit courses are not eligible for financial aid, and college admission is not required.
This one-day workshop is designed to introduce participants to the powerful tool of Value Stream Mapping (VSM). VSM is a lean methodology used to visualize the flow of materials and information required to bring a product or service to a customer. By understanding and mapping the current state of a process, organizations can identify and eliminate waste, reduce lead times, and improve overall efficiency.
