The Jackson State Community College Police Department is a full-service, POST (Police Officer Standards & Training Commission) accredited law enforcement agency. We operate 24/7/365 to ensure the safety and security of all students and visitors to our campus as well as campus assets.

About the JSCC Police Department
The Jackson State Community College Police Department is a full-service, POST (Police Officer Standards & Training Commission) accredited law enforcement agency. The department operates 24/7/365 to ensure the safety and security of all students and visitors to our campus as well as campus assets.
The mission of the department is to provide diligent patrol services to prevent accidents, eliminate fire and safety hazards, deter crime, provide for the safe removal and disposal of unsafe equipment and material, and correct any other unsafe conditions.
