UpSkill Workforce Readiness Program Enrollment Deadline Extended
September 27, 2024
The Jackson State Community College Foundation has launched a new scholarship award application called Award Spring. The powerful, and user-friendly scholarship management platform is set to streamline the scholarship application process, allowing the Foundation to better match scholarships to students who are eligible.
The platform is set to go live March 1, 2023. Students will now be able to fill out a single application that will match them to eligible scholarships based on information provided. The Foundation’s goal of switching to this new system is to streamline the scholarship application process and provide a hub for as many scholarships as possible without having to search for them.
“The Award Spring platform is a much-needed upgrade that will make the Foundation’s application process easier for the students we serve, but also ensure students receive every possible opportunity for scholarship awards,” said Lindsey Tritt, Director of the JSCC Foundation. “Our hope is that this new system allows our students to know what’s out there and be able to apply for additional aid they weren’t aware of before.”
Green Light Your Future today through these scholarship opportunities and more at Jackson State. Enrollment for Fall 2023 is already underway, apply today at jscc.edu/apply.
