Inaugural Volleyball, Cross-Country Seasons Announced

Jackson State Community College is making history this fall with the launch of its first-ever Volleyball and Cross-Country teams. These programs mark a new era for Greenjay Athletics, bringing more opportunity for Student-Athletes in West Tennessee to compete at the collegiate level, and contributing to sporting events students can attend.
“This is a proud moment for our college and West Tennessee as a whole,” said Dr. Kevin K. Lynum, Athletic Director at JSCC. “We are building something special—programs rooted in discipline, pride, and community. These student-athletes from across the region will serve as great representatives for Jackson State and the greater West Tennessee region at the state and national levels.”
