Christine Case named Director of Recruitment

Jackson State Community College (JSCC) has named Christine Case as Director of Recruitment, bringing to the role more than 17 years of customer service and leadership experience within the finance industry.
“Christine is a breath of fresh air for our team and brings great perspective to the role that will drive us forward,” said Seth Harden, Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management. “Her previous experience outside of higher education is a major asset, and that experience paired with a vibrant personality has already made an impact since her arrival. I look forward to seeing the growth of our team under her direction and the impact she makes here at Jackson State.”
Case has spent her career working in the non-performing loans sector of the finance industry with the PRA Group, driving strategic initiatives within the operational performance and regulatory compliance sectors of the company. Thirteen of her seventeen years were served leading and developing teams to hit various growth metrics and served as a mentor to local, stateside, and international managers and representatives to improve their own leadership and performance capabilities.
During her time at PRA Group, she served as an Account Executive, Operations Coach, Operations Manager, and most recently as a Senior Operations Manager. During her tenure she became a standout leader and through a combination of initiative, institutional knowledge and passion for developing people and processes, she developed high-performing teams and successfully promoted, mentored and developed internal talent. Her efforts left a lasting impact throughout the company on various projects and platforms that helped drive the company's success.
“I’m beyond excited to join the Jackson State team to use my skillset in a new industry to make a big impact within the community for our future leaders,” said Case. “It’s incredibly important to me to show students of all ages that your dream is possible and JSCC can help you achieve it,” said Case. “There’s an incredible team here, full of people who want to help our students pursue their educational dreams. I’m looking forward to helping develop our current team, and to also connect with educators throughout West Tennessee to show them the wonderful opportunities available here at Jackson State for their students.”
Case holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis of Organizational Leadership from Bethel University.
