The Associate of Arts/Science in Mass Communication is designed for students wanting to complete the first two years of the bachelor's degree in a community college setting. Our students have the opportunity to work closely with the communication faculty. Careers in communication typically require a bachelor's degree or higher. Students who wish to pursue a career in electronic or print journalism, the television or film industry, public relations or advertising, or theater should consider this degree.
