Constitution Day and Citizenship Day, commonly referred to simply as Constitution Day, is celebrated on Sept. 17. The holiday commemorates the Sept. 17, 1787 signing of the United States Constitution.
Jackson State Community College hosts various educational programs about Constitution Day for our students and community.
Past programs have included a public display of a privately owned World War II collection. The JSCC Student Government Association has also marked the holiday by promoting voter registration.
