Direct Deposit Setup

• Students may now receive refunds electronically deposited into their personal checking or savings account. 
• Easy to set up

• You can receive your refunds within 3-4 days. You will receive your refund for opted out materials after the 7^thday of the start of term.

• Should you choose not to receive your refunds electronically, Jackson State will disburse a paper check to students for their financial aid or tuition refunds. Checks must be mailed to the student and can take up to 1 week.

To access eRefunds

1. Go to jWeb
2. Locate the Pay Account channel on the Student Welcome Tab
3. Select the ePayment Gateway link
