Military Credit

Veterans may be eligible for college level credit based on training they received in the military. JSCC follows guidelines established by ACE (American Council on Education), which is a service offered through ACE to recognize learning that takes place in the military. The courses are offered through the military, but ACE records the credit through its transcript service.

Veterans must have a copy of their military transcripts sent to JSCC for evaluation.  You can request a copy of your transcript be sent to us or contact:

Once your transcript has been received, it will be evaluated for acceptable credit and posted to the JSCC transcript.
